What the heck is up with Google lately? It's like a punch-drunk behemoth staggering at its own party, to the schadenfreude of many peers, many feeling vindication of what may seem like a bit of come-uppance at the stark supercilious nerd haven.
But all this could just be an overreaction from everyone in the industry, who would just love to jump at any opportunity to snipe at a sneeze, wheeze or hiccup from good ol’ Googley-eyes, including analysts and Street mavens irked to no end ever since the company stated its aversion to giving guidance, all the way to envious competitors and industry players who are still reeling at the speed the company went from zero to the megabit that controlled the galaxy.
