An "Inside The Wire" Update
by BobParks (Posted 05-17-2008 10:01 AM) [View Discussion | Join Discussion | Rate Thread ]

According to my sources (none of whom have ever lied to me), former executive producer/host Rick Senninger of "Outside The Wire" has informed one of the victims that he intends to get an attorney and sue myself and one other for "ruining" his business. He claims all involved with OTW have been paid and/or received clearance/consulting that they paid for.

However, based on the correspondence circulated, all have been stiffed or mislead. But let's give Mr. Senninger the benefit of the doubt. He claims everyone has been paid to date…
One investor gave Mr. Senninger a $100,000 initial investment with the promise this was simply a float until the "other" $100,000 that was secured was due in February. The investor also paid Senninger $5000-a-month for advertising. Rick had his "girlfriend" sign the promissory note. Rick wined and dined the investor at one of the fancy country clubs where he and his girlfriend (according to a Florida state investigator) were issuing bad checks.
But everyone to date has be paid.
A small "panties" company in Jacksonville gave Senninger (invested) $10,000. The owner had to take a part time job to keep her company afloat.
But everyone to date has be paid.
An "employee" hired for advertising sales and was never paid a dime.
But everyone to date has be paid.
Another "employee" is owed over two months pay.

Radio America, in Washington D.C., is owed over $46,000.
But everyone to date has been paid.
A radio station in Massachusetts that created on-air commercials for OTW advertisers has not been paid for services rendered.

Yet another "employee" owed two months pay and design fees.
But everyone to date has be paid.
A radio producer is owed for the last week of work before Senninger's arrest.
But everyone to date has be paid.
An advertiser paid Senninger $6500.
But everyone to date has be paid.
A satellite service provider received a floated a check in the amount of $4700.00. After being told by his bank it cleared, Senninger managed to pull the money out at the last minute turning it into an NSF. Sources say his "girlfriend" signed the check.
But everyone to date has be paid.
An on-air correspondent was charged $3000 to appear twice-a-week where he was only heard in St. Augustine, Florida. Senninger later hit him up for another $6800.
But everyone to date has be paid.
"Leased airtime on a station in NY" - Undisclosed but significant amount of money for afternoon drive time contracted with the station. Unknown if the station has been paid.

Telephone, website, and email service for last two months. All service was shut off due to non-payment.

The "flagship" radio station WFOY is owed a "significant" amount of money
But everyone to date has be paid.
OTW's on-air talent is owed $4300.00.
But everyone to date has be paid.
A web developer for "side job" consulting was issued a "pretend" NSF check in the amount of $3250. The total bill for the developer's services is over $16,000. The developer was also told after five days from his bank that the check cleared, however it then turned into an NSF. Senninger reportedly had his "girlfriend" sign the check
But everyone to date has be paid.
An on-air correspondent was promised $200 per radio appearance, which he never received, but kept going with the promise from Senninger of getting his own show.
But everyone to date has be paid.
Two more on-air correspondents were promised by Senninger $200 per radio appearance. They have never told me they've received payment.
But everyone to date has be paid.
Senninger reportedly failed to pay a web streaming service resulting in the cancellation of the contract for $1100.00.
But everyone to date has be paid.
As an outside consultant for a correspondent, Senninger took payment from one party to cover the development of their website and never paid the web designer.
But everyone to date has be paid.

And this doesn't include active duty service personnel that have contacted me personally, once reading about the activities of Mr. Senninger, who've written their accounts of being directly solicited for cash.

I would hope any competent attorney would take the time to contact all of the investors, colleagues, and employees of Rick Senninger before taking on a client who has either mislead them, or taken money from them and not given back the promised restitution or services.

And seeing how Rick Senninger still owes me pay for two months, well, you can't squeeze blood from a stone.
