New Windows Defender

Do you still remember the Microsoft Anti Spyware Beta?I really like this software as i think it works. Now Microsoft has changed the Anti Spyware software to another level with new name, Windows Defender. I've been using it for weeks and what can I say, I like it so much, protecting your computer from malicious spyware really well.

Windows Defender (Beta 2) is a free program that helps protect your computer against pop-ups, slow performance, and security threats caused by spyware and other unwanted software. It features Real-Time Protection, a monitoring system that recommends actions against spyware when it's detected, and a new streamlined interface that minimizes interruptions and helps you stay productive.

The Windows Defender is a free tool. However, its only for genuine Microsoft Windows. Before you can download it, Microsoft will launch its genuine check tool so that only original Windows user can use this great tool. To all the pirate Windows users out there, sorry if this tool is not for you. Believe me, you can't download it even if you copy the installer from the PC with genuine Windows. It will block the installation process. I really recommend you this Free tool.

However, please be informed that if you use remote software, like me i use TightVNC daily, this tool will block and remove the TightVNC. So what you have to do is always allow the TightVNC software in the Windows Defender control panel.

Check out the comparison table below to know the advantages of the new Windows Defender.
