Brangelina Babies Debut on the Web

Deemed most famous babies on the walk of the Earth today are the latest offsprings of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, who made their world premiere on the Web on Sunday, three weeks after they were born in Nice, France.

Twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon and their proud parents were featured on the cover of the upcoming issue of People magazine on its Web site, serving as teaser for a 19-page spread that hit newsstands today.

The much celebrated family were all were dressed in white. The twins certainly looked very identical, with no distinguishing characteristics shown. A smaller photo in the corner showed the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Shiloh, holding her new sister.

Angelina Jolie was quoted as saying in a blurb that accompanied the cover photo, that the couple's family life at a sprawling French chateau was "chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time."

In addition to the twins and Shiloh, the couple has three adopted children. Angelina, 33, and Brad Pitt, 44, are one of Hollywood's most popular couples, dubbed "Brangelina" by the media.

Getty Images conducted the shoot, with People acquiring North American rights to the photos, and British gossip magazine Hello! for all other territories. The power couple claimed they will donate the proceeds to charity.

The sum involved has, nonetheless, become an international guessing game, although an unsourced report claimed the worldwide rights sold for $14 million, more than three times the rumored $4.1 million deal for Shiloh's baby photos in 2006. People has said that the rumored numbers for both deals, as well as those for other famous babies that have adorned its pages, are excessive. The magazine, though, has declined to give any more information.
