Steve Case masterminded the merger of AOL and Time Warner in what was then termed the Deal of the Century. A few years hence and it became known as the Worst Deal in History, with Time Warner stock having sunk faster than a skydiver whose parachute has a hole the size of Texas.

Today however, Case is calling for a breakup of the media giant.
