Bethnel Green, London is about to witness a series of chessboxing matches on 23rd April. To be presented by the London Chessboxing Club in association with The Chessboxing Organisation, the chessboxing tournament will feature 11 scheduled matches at Bethnal Green Working Men's Club. The chess commentary will be provided by IM Malcolm Pein.

The Siberian Chessboxing Organization recently held the first chessboxing match in Krasnoyarsk in front of spectators numbering more than 500.
