Photographer Charged With Battery While Attempting to Snap Witherspoon's Picture
 

Todd K. Wallace allegedly struck a 5-year-old child during Reese Witherspoon's daughter's birthday party at Disney World. Wallace was attempting to take pictures of the actress and her children and pushed his way through a group of people, allegedly hitting a child.

He is also charged with assualting the child's mother and employees of Disney World.

Wallace is due in court on Wednesday.

Now that is just sick. I can understand some peoples' dismay at the overuse and overreaction to events that involve children, but this just shows how low some people are willing to go to get that celebrity shot.

Money talks right? Hopefully he'll be punished. What's worrisome is that he continued acting all aggressive even after kids started crying!

Nasty little critters those twats (and I'm not talking about the kids). When he goes to the clinker, regret should be that loud voice he'll be hearing.
