A Whole New Paris
 

A joke for you. What do you get when you combine two Davis heirs, two Hilton heiresses and an open bar?

A heir ball, of course.

Bad joke, good party. That was the deal with the fete for the line of jeans designed by Brandon Davis for Replay. (See, he does do more than hit the clubs, almost convincing us that there is life after Mischa Barton.) The party was at the très, très chic restaurant Falcon. And though I'm gonna save some o' the dish for next week, my Paris Hilton news simply could not wait.

Ladies and rude men, this was a brand-new Paris. She was all about complete sentences, so well-spoken it was like she stepped out of Oprah Winfrey finishing school, I do swear. Maybe the poise has something to do with on-off-on boyfriend Stavros Niarchos finally hitting the legal drinking age. (Hope that first Patrón shot was terrific, Stavi!)

Well, okay, Paris is still Paris, semi-daffy. When asked who she was wearing, she purred, "I don't know. I got it at Kitson." Not Forever 21?
