U.S., Canada and Mexico Holding Secret Talks
 

Threats to our liberty can come from any direction. As we finally learned this week, talks moving us closer to the Republic of Canamex are taking place behind closed doors far from the eyes of a prying press.

In this case the threat isn't actually the economic and political integration of USA, Canada and Mexico. God knows we would all be better off by creating the world's largest single economy. However, the fact that those in power no longer consider it necessary to pay lip-service to the notion of public participation and debate only goes to show how far regard for beleagured votepayers has evaporated.
